Policies & Procedures
Appointments: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. The last appointment is one hour before closing.
Child Safety: Although we love children and want to be around them, we ask that children be supervised at all times. For their safety and for insurance purposes, we cannot allow children to run around the salon and to disrupt the relaxation of our other guests.
Credit Cards: Credit Cards Accepted with $15 Minimum Purchase.
Gift Cards: Please treat our gift card as you would cash. If lost or stolen, or used without permission, the card cannot be replaced or the value replenished. The gift card represents prepayment for goods and services. Gift cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Gratuities: Gratuities are customary and appreciated, but left to the discretion of the client.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for your personal belongings. We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry, purses or bags) at home or keep them with you all the time. Vickies Nail Spa cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items or valuables.
Service Repairs: We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 3 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Special Occasions: A Spa Party celebrates a Birthday, Bridal, Bachelorette or other special occasions. For parties/events of five or more, we provide light refreshments, please book in advance with a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Vickies Nail Spa “All Rights Reserved”: Vickies Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse service due to medical/physical conditions. As licensed beauty professionals, we’re not allowed to diagnose and/or treat medical conditions, or work beyond our limited scope of practice or compromise the client’s health. Some chronic conditions, like a fungal infection or ingrown toenails, may require medical intervention to remedy.
